7. Is peer review blind? Will reviewers know who I am? International Journal of Medical Advances and Discoveries uses double-blind peer review — reviewers don't know the identity of the authors, and authors don't know the identity of their reviewers. This is designed to keep the evaluation focused on the work itself.

8. What happens if my manuscript is rejected? You'll receive the editorial decision along with the reviewers' comments explaining the reasoning. You're welcome to revise the manuscript and submit it to a more suitable venue, or, if you believe the decision was made in error, you can raise it through our Complaints Policy.

9. Can I appeal an editorial decision? Yes. Appeals are reviewed by an editor not involved in the original decision.

10. Who owns the copyright to my published article? You do. Authors retain copyright of their work. Published content is archived through CLOCKSS, LOCKSS, and the PKP Preservation Network — independent digital preservation systems that ensure articles remain accessible even if the journal or publisher were to cease operations.
