Aim & Scope
The International Journal of Medical Advances and Discoveries (IJMAD) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by KevinPage. It is a home for novel medical findings: work that moves the field forward rather than simply confirming what is already known.
Discovery-stage studies are welcome, provided the methods are sound and the limitations are stated plainly.
Scope
IJMAD publishes original research articles, review articles, case studies and short communications in areas including, but not limited to:
- Novel diagnostic methods and biomarkers
- New therapeutic targets and treatment approaches
- Molecular and cellular mechanisms of disease
- Translational and first-in-human research
- Medical devices and digital health innovation
- Regenerative medicine and advanced therapies
- Drug discovery and pharmacology
- Precision and personalised medicine
- Clinical studies reporting new or unexpected findings
Peer Review
Every submission goes through double-blind peer review by at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the subject. The usual time from submission to first editorial decision is 12–14 weeks. See the Peer Review Policy for details.
Originality
All manuscripts are screened for similarity with iThenticate before they go to reviewers, as set out in the Plagiarism Policy.
Open Access and Licensing
IJMAD is fully open access. Authors keep the copyright in their work, which is published under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
Article Processing Charges
There is no Article Processing Charge. International Journal of Medical Advances and Discoveries charges authors nothing at any stage of submission, peer review or publication.
